Mighty-O Donuts to Open Capitol Hill Location in Seattle
Breaking news: Vegan donut lovers, rejoice! The delicious Mighty-O Donuts is opening its third Seattle location, this time in Capitol Hill. Mighty-O, which specializes in vegan and organic rings of deliciousness, will be moving into the Trace Lofts building space at 12th and Madison currently occupied by High 5 Pie. But for fans of High 5 (which offers gluten-free and vegan options), don’t be dismayed-the pie business isn’t folding, it’s merely moving up in the world to a larger commercial production kitchen. In the meantime, High 5’s pies will still be available at Fuel Coffee and Cone & Steiner.
Mighty-O currently only has one location, their Greenlake Bakery (2110 North 55th Street, Seattle), but a second shop is coming to Ballard at 17th and Market later this month. Other local coffee shops and cafes, like Wallingford’s A Muddy Cup, also sell Mighty-O’s delectable treats.
