Matthew Kenney Opening New Vegan Restaurant in Neiman Marcus!
Matthew Kenney, chef and restaurateur behind Plant Food + Wine and Double Zero, and executive chef Scott Winegard are bringing a new vegan restaurant to high-end department store Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills. The restaurant, called Matthew Kenney NM, promises to allow you to “experience the luxuries of plant-based living,” and the website describes the venture as:
“Aesthetic and innovation meet exquisite flavor in this new concept created exclusively for Neiman Marcus shoppers. Dine in our casual, contemporary atmosphere created to compliment the vibrant, fresh offerings perfect for on the go shoppers.”
The restaurant will offer “a beautiful selection of locally sourced fare, paired with innovative techniques to deliver a selection of carefully crafted dishes.” The menu includes avocado toast, heirloom tomato lasagna, sesame-ginger kelp noodles, a mushroom burger as well as desserts and pastries like blueberry cheesecake and cinnamon rolls. Guests can also enjoy smoothies, juices, coffee, and alcoholic beverages as well.
