Canada's Global News Features Vegan Fashion
Global News program The Morning Show recently featured a segment dedicated to vegan fashion, which was introduced with the hosts stating: “When you hear about someone going vegan, it’s usually about food. But veganism is becoming a new trend in Canadian fashion.”
Lifestyle expert Cristina Carpio, who added that “vegan fashion is the future of fashion,” then began a casual fashion show full of her top choices of Canadian vegan fabrics and brands. The first person modeled a vegan leather outfit from The Imperative, an all-vegan retail store in downtown Toronto. The second person modeled a more “summery” look with a vegan suede overcoat, and the third person showed off some vegan lingerie.
The segment concluded with a look at Matt & Nat‘s vegan handbags and briefcases, and Carpio stated, “vegan food doesn’t have to be boring, vegan fashion doesn’t have to be boring either!” To watch the full segment, visit this link.
