Chloe Coscarelli to Release New Vegan Cookbook
Vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli, who was featured in this year’s 30 Under 30 by Forbes, is set to release her latest cookbook Chloe Flavor: Saucy, Crispy, Spicy, Vegan, in March of 2018.
The cookbook, which will be Coscarelli’s fourth one, includes a foreword by Food Network star and self-proclaimed meat-centric chef Michael Symon and his wife, Liz. With 125 original recipes, Chloe will showcase:
“New approaches to veganism with dishes like Maple Bacon Benedict, Hawaiian Teriyaki-Pineapple Burger, and Cajun Jambalaya with Scallion Biscuits. These dishes are playful, colorful, and supremely tasty. Best of all, she’s made them as fast and as easy as possible because that’s exactly how she likes to cook.”
The description adds that “vegans will delight in Chloe’s creativity-and carnivores won’t miss the meat one bit.” The cookbook is available for pre-order on Amazon for $21.63.
