The Impossible Burger Available in Toronto Tomorrow!
blogTO announced some great news for those in Toronto (im)patiently waiting to sample the legendary Impossible Burger-it will be available tomorrow, September 30!
The burger makes its appearance during the city’s first-ever 10-day EDIT Festival (Expo for Design, Innovation, & Technology), which runs from September 28 to October 8.
On September 30, between 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the 2nd floor of Kitchen Lab:
“Impossible Foods’ Sustainability Team hosts EDIT attendees for a “first bite” of the Impossible Burger; the burger that looks, cooks and tastes like a burger from a cow but uses 75% less water, generates about 87% fewer greenhouse gases and requires around 95% less land to produce. The team will offer a demo showing how the burger’s ingredients come together and offer a taste of the Impossible Burger.”
The festival takes place at the “old Lever Ponds Detergent Factory at the bottom of the DVP,” and for more information, you can visit this link.
