Instructions:
Organic ingredients when available
3 cups flour, 2 teaspoons sea salt, 1 heaping tablespoon Fresh aluminum free baking powder.
Mix well with your fingers
5 tablespoons cold Vegan shortening, break it into your dry mix to almost pea size, with your hands, don’t knead too much!
1 -1/4 cup warm water add 1 cup first, incorporating using your fingers. If needed add a little at a time the remaining 1/4 warm water.
Then knead dough to a large ball, let it rest for 5 min. Then squeeze out small amounts to form small dough balls, then roll with a little flour sprinkled on rolling area, so dough doesn’t stick to rolling pin.
Cook on preheated comal. enjoy
