1⁄2 cup | Vegan mayo |
4 tablespoons | Orange Juice |
3 | shallots (chopped) |
3⁄4 teaspoons | salt |
1 | lime (squeezed) |
3 | avocados |
1⁄2 cup | cherry tomatoes |
2 | serrano chilis |
1 | cilantro (just enough for garnish) |
Steps:
Whisk and then refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, but you can chill it for a couple hours if you prefer.
