Instructions:
In a separate small little bowl mix 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal with 3 Tbsp water and whip for a bout 2 minutes until gooey eggy texture (binder)
Saute mushrooms in vegan butter or vegetable oil with minced garlic in large pan on med heat. Drain when done and put into food processor and hit pulse 3 times. Put Lightlife beefless grounds and minced onion into same pan used for mushrooms and add chopped mushroom garlic mixture back in and saute for a few minutes then and add all dry ingredients. Mix well and then add flaxseed binder mixture and mix well again and cook for a few minutes until all is mixed and blended well together.
Prepare into patties and either bake, fry or grill. Place into buns with your favorite vegan cheese and whatever add-ons you like.
