Ingredients:
3 cups | old-fashioned rolled oats (use GF oats to make recipe GF) |
1 cup | hemp seeds |
1 1⁄2 teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
1⁄2 teaspoon | ground ginger |
1⁄2 teaspoon | ground allspice |
1⁄8 teaspoon | ground clove |
1⁄4 teaspoon | sea salt |
3 tablespoons | maple syrup |
3 tablespoons | sunflower seed butter |
1⁄2 tablespoon | blackstrap molasses |
1⁄4 cup | Brown Rice syrup |
1⁄3 cup | raisins |
Steps:
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients (oats, hemp seeds, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, and salt). Stir well to evenly distribute spices.
In a separate small bowl, combine the wet ingredients (maple syrup, sunflower seed butter, blackstrap molasses, and brown rice syrup). Stir until fully combined.
Add the wet ingredient mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir well to combine.
Spread the uncooked granola evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook for 30 minutes total in an oven preheated to 300 degrees, stirring the granola every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
After 30 minutes, add the raisins to the granola, stir well, and place back in the oven for 3 minutes.
Remove the granola from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
